At Okuma Fishing Tackle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lifestyle apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
